Demi Moore Gets Booed In Brazil for Being 3 Hours Late

Obama Plans to Visit Brazil in March 2011

This will be his first visit to Brazil. Brazil’s first female President Dilma Rousseff’s, has made it clear that she wants to strengthen ties with the U.S. The fact that the first Black President of the U.S. is meeting with the first woman President of Brazil makes this an historic occasion.

On a personal note, aside from the politics of all this, I strongly believe that given the legendary beauty of Brazilian women, I don’t think that Michele is going to let him out of her sight for one second while they are in Brazil.

Carnival 2011

Carnivals in Brazil are world famous. People travel from all over the world to attend Carnival in Brazil. There is a dazzling display of costumes, floats, dancing, music and of course a sea beautiful women shaking to the beat of Samba. In Rio the main parade is held at a stadium called the Sambodromo where different Samba schools parade through it. Each school consists of literally thousands of people. The Schools compete against each other. If one were to compare the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade to the Brazil’s Carnival, it would be like comparing the squeak of a mouse with the roar of a lion. The intensity has to be experienced to be believed.

The first school to parade this year at the Sambodromo, will be UniĆ£o da Ilha. This school took third place in 1997.
